Software Developers

What are we looking for? Talented software developers, who play well with others and who are prepared to quickly become 'the expert' on some technology we need to use, and fly by the seat of your pants to get everyone else up to speed. Someone who wants to write unit tests for their code.

Start Date : Immediately.

Location : Seattle, Washington   [overlooking the lake]

Qualifications :

• BS degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience;
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience in server or web application software developmen;
• Excellent design skills, including object-oriented, and generic programming techniques;
• Ruby and/or PHP experience required;
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Prior experience with agile development methodologies (A.K.A. eXtreme Programming);
• As priorities change or shift, you are able to adapt, estimate the impact of the change, and identify new design priorities that meet the need;
• Clustering and system administration experience would all be considered strong assets;
• Eligible to work in the USA .
